CEC srl (Civil Engineering Consulting) was set up in November 2023 and offers innovative and personalised solutions in the civil engineering sector of the Insurance field, especially in building constructions and management of major infrastructures (bridges, roads, railways, airports, dams, tunnels, subways and marine works.. etc).
The founders of the company are three engineers who have many years of experience in their diverse, respective fields and have seen fit to /decided to join forces in order to provide professional support in the sectors of both Risk Assessment and Loss Adjustment.
The company partners are:
Ing Sergio Ginocchietti, CEO of G&R Consulting srl, who, after an initial working experience on site supervising road and bridge projects, has since had over 30 years of experience in top management of the Property Claims Department in a leading Italian Insurance company;
Ing Giancarlo Guadagnini, CEO and technical director of Enser srl, one of the foremost Italian engineering companies specialising in the design and planning of major civil works both in Italy and abroad in the fields structural works, special foundations, geotechnical engineering and marine works;
Ing Vittorio Guerra, CEO of Asseng Guerra srl, a member of AIPAI for over 20 years and owner of a firm specialising in Forensic Engineering and the management.
It is thanks to their vision and know-how that CEC srl offers its support to the market of Insurance and Reinsurance as a dynamic, innovative entity in a very specific, well defined field and is highly specialised in the Risk Management of major civil engineering works both in Italy and abroad. We, therefore, provide expert, technical surveys of forensic engineering to ascertain causes and liability in claims, evaluation of damages and assessment of risk in major civil engineering works.
